I ordered a shock from this company.i received the shock took it out the box and found out it was the not the right one I ordered.i called them and I need the shock for a race the next day. Figuring they would send me the one I need for free overnight cause they dropped the ball on their end. No they didn't they wanted me to pay 40 dollars shipping why should I pay for their mess u .Guess it's time to find someone else to order from
avoid doing business with this company they will charge you before they ship and they do not refund right away next time i will do price matching with the other big honest parts company and avoid the headaches.

This company is the worst to buy parts from. I had ordered my part on 4-19-21 and It was supposed to come in on 5-6-21 or 5-7-2. And now we are on 6-14-21 and I still have not received my cam. I have been emailing speedway motors and they keep giving me the run arounds and I'm very unsatisfied with there customer service. Im at the point I just want my refund and I'll take my money somewhere else.
Disappointment after Disappointment after Disappointment. I am disgusted.
1. Service rep knew nothing about the product.
2. Paid for priority mail, parts arrived 1 WEEK later
3. Wrong instructions sent with product
4. Found instructions on line, which were terribly incomplete. Abysmal, actually.
5. Product was found to be defective
6. Called customer service and asked for tech support. Told me there was no one in front of me and they would transfer me. Instead, transferred me to another customer service rep, who told me they had to transfer me but there were FIFTEEN people in front of me and they could not help me that day and I should call back the next day.
7. Called back to order a replacement part for the defective part, but emphasized I needed it by the NEXT DAY and asked about overnight shipping. I was pleasantly surprised when Melody Phillips told me she would ship it overnight by FedEx Ground at no charge. However, the part DID NOT ARRIVE and when I called FedEx they told me FedEx Ground is NOT OVERNIGHT and takes 3 to 5 days.
Poor service, poor instructions, poor delivery. Why would I ever want to do business with Speedway Motors again?

Speedway is a joke no one that works there knows what they r selling I got a race uniform the nipper broke the first time I putt it on I ordered seat belts they didn't send the mounting brackets so we called them they sent a empty box so we called they again they only sent half of they I ordered a rev limiter for my hei I wouldn't run they need to either get your head out of ur ass or close ur dam door stop hiring people from moron or us soeepway is a joke I have to order from summit to get the rest of my stuff since u all couldn't do ur jobs
Still waiting on a master cylinder to ship, ordered a 3 weeks ago with no updates or emails. Called and waiting 12 minutes for no one to pick up the phone. I knew i should have went to summit
this is the worst company i have ever had contact with. they sold me used items for new ones and when i finally got someone to pay me a refund after a few days, the money never arrived. if i want used equipment i can buy it on ebay or craigslist, but never again from speedway motors
Speedway has consistently paired my shipping address with my credit address thus getting a rejected purchase. Yesterday they gave erroneous credit information for a purchase thus causing a rejected purchase. It was the same information that I had given for numerous purchases before without a hitch. It took 2 1/2 hours on the phone to get to the bottom of this problem. Very poor show on their part. By the way I was on hold for over an hour to talk to one of the "expert employees"!!!

Finally One of their helpers answered the phone.
The female babbled some nonsense about SpeedWay Motors charges everyone *State SalesTax* across the country and in Every State regardless of which state the buyer might located.
I informed the helper that their policy was *Wrong..
She was instructed to escalate the call to her Manager.
She Never Got The Manager, therfor I hung up phone.

Well I certainly should have reviewed this crap box company prior to choosing to make a purchase. I have never had a problem with Performance Bodies in my life - why i opted to give some business to Speedway was a epic fail on my part. Starting with the on phone tech support who knew nothing to failing to tell me free shipping was thru the postal service this week. This company is an absolute joke to all things sales and customer service - i called in and absolutely no customer service skills in there tool box. The reviews represent this operation pretty spot on- POS
